Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
• Are you caught in destructive relational patterns of emotions and behaviors but unsure how to change?
• Do you feel the persistent impact of previous traumatic experiences leading to difficulties being present in the moment?
Approach to therapy
I believe the therapist-client relationship is one of the most important parts of the therapy experience. I bring a compassionate, non-judgmental, curious, and collaborative presence. I utilize a combination of cognitive-behavioral, insight-oriented, somatic-based, and trauma informed approaches to meet your needs and consider your preferences towards healing and self-discovery. I will assist you in understanding old destructive patterns of behavior and promote change. I can support you in accessing your intuitive healing mechanisms and resources to lead to profound recovery.
I am passionate about journeying alongside adolescents, couples, families, and individuals navigate through life’s challenges, empowering you to heal from past wounds and gain greater self-regulation and wholeness. My clinical focus includes: anxiety, addiction, ADHD, depression, PTSD, relationship difficulties, trauma, maternal mental health, grief and loss.
If you identify as a person of faith or spiritual in any shape or form, I welcome you to bring this part of you into our therapeutic work as a resource.
I affirm your LGBTQIA+ identity and hold a safe space for you to explore your gender, sexual orientation, and identity with gentleness and curiosity.
