Celina Aldeschulte is dedicated to public mental health and has a strong background in working with children, youth, and families. She has extensive experience supporting at-risk youth and clients facing issues related to substance abuse, behavioral challenges, disruptive behavior, attachment issues, and marital problems. Ms. Aldeschulte emphasizes managing stress and building resilience in her work. She graduated from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Psychology with a Registered Associate in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as a Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor designation. Ms. Aldeschulte believes in a compassionate and empathetic approach and enjoys using various therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, all tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. Her training includes experiences with the Gottman Institute, UCLA, the Department of Mental Health, and Harvard X from Harvard University.
