Michaela Bieda

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Hello, my name is Michaela Bieda, a Registered Associate in Marriage and Family Therapy. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in trauma-focused therapy from Antioch University.

My professional journey began during my undergraduate studies, where I gained hands-on experience working at substance abuse treatment centers as a technician. In this role, I managed client scheduling and ensured they attended their appointments.

I have a strong background in supporting school-aged children dealing with anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), all within a trauma-informed framework. I am dedicated to making a positive impact in my clients’ lives through a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment.
