Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
Sandy brings a wealth of experience from her background in creative arts, teaching, parenting, and marriage. During her training she worked with a diverse group of clients who were experiencing social anxiety, loss and grief, attachment issues, family or relationship challenges, and struggles maintaining a healthy work/life balance. Sandy provides a warm, safe and welcoming environment, creating a non-judgmental space that cultivates collaboration and kindness. With training in Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR, she offers a holistic approach to client care.
Outside the office Sandy can be found cooking nurturing food for friends and family, dancing, playing with her two rescue pups, and traveling with her husband. She graduated from Antioch University with a Masters in Clinical Psychology.
